The second of our ‘Friends of Aulis Phuket’ collaboration series brings award-winning restaurant MUME from Taiwan to Aulis Phuket for a unique dining experience on the 11th and 12th June 2025.
Established by Chef Richie Lin, MUME (#52 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025) in Taiwan is a pioneering culinary destination that integrates local Taiwanese ingredients with modern European techniques. Committed to supporting the local food ecosystem, MUME collaborates with small sustainable farmers and food producers to curate innovative, seasonally-driven menus that showcase Taiwan’s finest quality products. Awarded the Best Restaurant in Taiwan multiple times by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, MUME’s dedication to seasonality and sustainability underpins its reputation as a beacon of culinary excellence in Taipei.
Chef Richie will be joined by Aulis Phuket’s Head Chef Charlie Wilson, whose experience in Michelin starred restaurants around the world has provided him with an innovative approach to cooking that has seen him excel with a flair for ingenuity. This exclusive collaboration promises to deliver an unforgettable dining experience that showcases the best of international and local culinary talent, set against the stunning backdrop of Iniala Beach House in Phang Nga, Thailand.
