Haoma x Aulis Phuket Collaboration Dinner

The first of our ‘Friends of Aulis Phuket’ collaboration series brings one MICHELIN-starred and MICHELIN Green-starred HAOMA to Aulis Phuket for a unique dining experience on the 21st and 22nd May 2025.

Led by Chef Deepanker Khosla, HAOMA is a Bangkok-based Neo-Indian fine dining establishment with explosive flavours and a socially and environmentally responsible heart. HAOMA is the result of a deep exploration of Chef Khosla’s roots and a journey that takes guests from East to West, from the land to the sea and through every corner of the immense Indian territory, however, all done with Thai produce, most of which they grow themselves. The restaurant has been awarded the Sustainable Restaurant Award by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants List and earned its first MICHELIN star in late 2022.

Chef Deepanker will be joined by Aulis Phuket’s Head Chef Charlie Wilson, whose experience in Michelin starred restaurants around the world has provided him with an innovative approach to cooking that has seen him excel with a flair for ingenuity. This exclusive collaboration promises to deliver an unforgettable dining experience that showcases the best of international and local culinary talent, set against the stunning backdrop of Iniala Beach House in Phang Nga, Thailand.

Prices & Packages

Options for the event include dine-only tickets at 6,000 THB  per person (with additional wine pairing options) or a luxurious overnight stay package at Iniala Beach House, with special rates starting from  13,492 THB per night (including breakfast).
