Kenika was born and raised in the south of Thailand and graduated in hospitality and tourism from Nakhon Si Thammarat Vocational Education College. After an initial foray into the tourism industry, she soon discovered a passion for the culinary arts. An internship in Phuket introduced her to the world of professional cooking, and her talent and determination soon took her to a luxury hotel in the Maldives. In 2023, Kenika took the opportunity to return to her roots by joining the opening team at Aulis Phuket.
Kenika loves working with the team at Aulis Phuket, as every day she learns something new. To Kenika, Aulis Phuket is not just about cooking but a way for her to discover the origins of native ingredients and to share these stories with guests from around the world.
